一、獎助依據：

1. 依據「東吳大學戴氏基金會東吳優秀國際人才培育計畫獎助學金設置要點」規定辦理，並由國際交流委員會擇優補助。
2. 本次補助開放申請學期為112學年度赴境外研修者，研修內容包含學期/學年團修、校院系級交換研修、自費研修及雙聯學位研修。

二、申請資格：

1. 申請者於提出申請選送及赴境外研修時均需具有本校正式學籍，且就讀1（學）年以上之在學學生。
2. 依本獎助學金公告之當學期為基準，已獲得或預計於次學年度赴外研修至少一學期。
3. 在學期間未曾獲得本獎助學金之補助。

三、申請時間：自即日起至112年5月2日(二)中午12:00止，逾期不予受理。

四、申請方式及應備文件(不諳中文之境外生，可以英文輸入表單或檢附英文資料)：

1. 申請者應於申請截止日前完成線上表單填寫後送出。送出表單後，系統將寄發確認簽核單至申請人登入之G-mail信箱；煩請查收信箱印出簽核單簽名，並送簽所屬學系主任、學院院長簽章後，送交至國際事務中心任一校區辦公室：外雙溪校區A313辦公室、城中校區2110辦公室。
2. 線上申請表及須上傳文件：

   (2) 111學年度第2學期在學證明。
   (3) 中文歷年成績單，請務必於成績單標註截至111-1「累計學業平均成績」及「班級累績排名百分比」。
   (4) 中文讀書計畫一份(各約1,000至1,500字，無格式限制)。
   (5) 如屬家境清寒者，另檢附家庭經濟住況自述表及下列任一清寒證明文件：

• 持直轄市、縣有效之低收入戶、中低收入戶或中低收入相關補助證 明者，檢附市(縣)主管機關開立之補助證明。
• 家庭總所得前一年未達新台幣七十萬元者，檢附家庭綜合所得稅單正本及戶籍謄本影本。
• 境外學位生可提供海外財力證明或清寒證明，並應檢附證明文件之中譯本。
• 其他與家庭經濟自述表內容相符之有利證明資料。

Soochow University J. T. Tai & Co. Foundation - "SU Outstanding International Students" Development Plan Scholarship and Grant is now open for application.

Eligibility:

• Applicants must be enrolled at Soochow University and have completed at least one semester of studies.
• Eligible for students applying for studies overseas during academic year 2023-2024.
• Eligible for those who have never granted by J. T. Tai & Co. Foundation scholarship before.

Application deadline: 12:00 Tuesday, May 2nd, 2023.

On-line application and the documents required:

• Please complete the online application form and upload the documents below:

1. Certificate of Enrollment.
2. Study plan.
3. Transcript of records.
4. Official financial statement or low-income certificate(if applicable).
5. Financial need essay(if applicable).

• After you complete the online application, please check your e-mail and print out the attached form. Then have the form signed by the Department Director and the School Dean, and submit it to the Office of International Affairs Center by the deadline.
