依據「東吳大學辦理外國學生、僑生及港澳學生租屋補助要點」公告申請相關事宜。

一、 補助對象    ：

(一)本校學士班、碩士班、博士班二年級以上，並於當學期具在學學籍之境外學位生。

(二)113-2經申請未獲分配學校宿舍床位，且實際於校外租屋者。

(三)前一學期學業成績平均達70分以上。

 

二  、注意事項：

(一)如已獲學校宿舍床位而自行放棄者，不得申請補助。

(二)如經查證有偽造或提供不實文件情事者，除撤銷其補助資格並追繳已領取之金額外，並依本校學生獎懲規則辦理。

(三)本補助依公平原則及相關規定辦理，補助人數與金額得視情況彈性調整，最終核定名單由國際交流委員會審查決定。

(四)本要點之最終解釋與修正權，屬國際與兩岸事務中心。

 

【申請繳交文件】
申請者應於公告申請期限內完成線上申請，並上傳下列資料：

1. 在學證明

2. 居留證正反面

3. 前一學期學業成績單（含操行成績）或 其他佐證文件

4. 租屋之相關文件(契約書)

申請時間：
符合上述資格者，請於2025年11月28日(日)下午五點前，完成線上表單填寫及資料上傳(網址：https://forms.gle/zHpLhyNTbudjRa7U6)，逾期申請或缺件者，不予受理。

According to the Soochow University Guidelines for Rental Housing Subsidies for International Students, Overseas Chinese Students, and Students from Hong Kong and Macau  (https://icae.scu.edu.tw/zh-hant/node/3999), here is the instruction for the applicants:

Applicants must fulfill the following qualifications:
【Eligibility】

1.Students who are admitted to the University in accordance with the “Regulations Regarding Study and  Counseling Assistance for Overseas Chinese Students in Taiwan,” “Regulations for Hong Kong and Macao Residents Studying in Taiwan,” or through the international student application process and are officially enrolled at the University.

2.Students enrolled in undergraduate, master’s, or doctoral programs from their second year onward, holding valid student status in the current semester, with an average grade of 70 or above in the previous semester.

3.Students who have applied for on-campus housing but were not assigned a dormitory bed and are renting off-campus accommodation.

【Other Notes】

1.Students who have been assigned a dormitory bed but voluntarily give it up are not eligible for the subsidy.

2.If falsified or inaccurate documents are submitted, the subsidy will be revoked, any disbursed funds must be repaid, and disciplinary action will be taken in accordance with university regulations.

3.Subsidy distribution shall be handled in accordance with the principles of fairness and relevant regulations. The number of recipients and the amount of subsidy may be adjusted as necessary. Final approval of the subsidy list shall be determined by the International Exchange Committee.

4.The Center for Global Engagement reserves the right to final interpretation and revision of these guidelines.

【How to apply】
Applicants who fulfill the qualifications stipulated in Article 2 above should apply by filling out the online application (please link to https://forms.gle/zHpLhyNTbudjRa7U6) and uploading the following documents in scanned/electronic form:
1. Certificate of Enrollment

2. Copy of Alien Resident Certificate (both side).

3. Transcript for Previous Semester (including conduct grade) or Other Documents

4. Copy of Tenancy Agreement
