日本關西大學將於2026年辦理冬季研習課程,歡迎有興趣的同學自行報名參加。

Winter School 2026 (2-week Program)

  • Course feature: The English- mediated course: Learning Osaka, the Mercantile Capital of Japan is taught in English.  The course provides students with the opportunity to learn about the history and culture of Osaka in depth through lectures and hands-on experience.  Students will also gain understanding of the “entrepreneurial spirit” by exploring the history and current situation of companies with roots in Osaka.  Introductory Japanese course is also available as an option for students who wish to study Japanese language.
  • Course Language: English
  • Schedule: January 14, 2026 (Wednesday) – January 29, 2026 (Thursday)
  • Application period:Tuesday, September 16, 2025 – Friday, October 17, 2025 *Application will be closed upon reaching its capacity. (* Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and will close once capacity is reached).

Winter School 2026 (1-week Program)

  • Course feature:This is a one-week version of the two-week Winter School program, conducted entirely in English. Students will explore the history, culture, and entrepreneurial spirit of Osaka. Please note that the 1-week program does not include the optional Introductory Japanese Course available in the two-week version. This program is open only to group applications submitted by university coordinators.
  • Course Language: English
  • Schedule: January 18 (Sunday) – January 24 (Saturday), 2026 
  • Application Period: September 16 (Tuesday) – October 17 (Friday), 2025 (*Applications must be submitted by university coordinators as group applications).

OSIP Short-term Career Development Program

  • Course feature: The OSIP Short-term Career Development Program is a 7-day program that brings together international and Japanese students to explore careers in Japan. Participants will take part in interactive workshops, a corporate visit, and cultural exchange. Pre-program online learning is included to enhance readiness and understanding of Japan's work culture.
  • Course Language: English
  • Schedule:
    Unit 1: January 18 (Sunday) – January 24 (Saturday), 2026
    Unit 2: February 15 (Sunday) – February 21 (Saturday), 2026
  • Application Period:
    Unit 1: September 16 (Tuesday) – October 28 (Tuesday), 2025
    Unit 2: October 20 (Monday) – November 19 (Wednesday), 2025
    *Applications must be submitted by university coordinators as group applications.

Intensive Japanese Language and Culture Course (IJLC)  

  • Course content: Japanese language classes, Japanese culture experience, field trip and interaction with Kansai University students.  
  • Course feature: Kansai University Students as conversation partners will support the conversation and discussion in classes. There are many opportunities to talk with Kansai University students, and a variety of classes are offered, including Japanese for daily situations, Japanese Studies, Traditional Japanese Culture, Academic Japanese, and more.
  • Course language: Japanese
  • Schedule: 
    Winter 1: January 14, (Wednesday) – February 6, 2026 (Friday): 24 days
    Winter 2: February 12, (Thursday) – February 26, 2025 (Thursday):15 days
  • Application Period: 
    Winter 1: September 9, (Tuesday) - October 23, 2025 (Thursday),Strictly by 23:59 JST
    Winter 2: September 9, (Tuesday) - November 20, 2025 (Thursday), Strictly by 23:59 JST
  • Capacity: The program will be limited to 45 participants in principle.
  • Notes:
  1. Application will be closed upon reaching its capacity even before the application deadline.
  2. In the event that applications close prior to the deadline, a waiting list may be offered.
