台北天母扶輪社2025-26年度外籍來台留學生獎助金，於2025-26年度預計錄取四名目前正於台灣就讀大學或研究所，需要經濟協助且在學表現優秀之外籍留學生。

The Rotary Club of Taipei Tienmu plans to award four scholarships for the 2025-2026 academic year to international students currently enrolled in a university or graduate program in Taiwan who demonstrate excellent academic performance and require financial assistance.

(一) 申請資格：只要並未持有中華民國國籍者即符合外籍生資格

(I) Eligibility: Applicants must not hold Republic of China (Taiwan) nationality.

(二) 申請文件：參加甄選學生請繳交填寫完整之申請表格。

（請參閱附件；除推薦信及申請人簽名外，一律須電腦打字完成）、黏貼半身近照一張（可直接列印電子檔代替）、最近兩學年度成績單（新生免成績單，大二請檢附上學年 (113) 即可）、自傳 。
（所有申請文件請依序放入信封，毋需用迴紋針， 禁止以釘書針裝訂且不接受分開寄件或事後補件）

(II) Required Application Documents:
In the selection process, applicants must submit a complete application package, including:

• Completed Application Form (Please refer to the attachment; all parts, except the letter of recommendation and the applicant's signature, must be typed electronically).
• One latest version, half-length professional portrait (may be printed directly from a digital file).
• Academic Transcript for the most recent two academic years. (New students are exempt from this requirement. Sophomore students should only submit the transcript for the previous academic year (AY 113)).
• Autobiography (Self-introduction/Personal Statement).
• Important Note on Submission: All application documents must be placed sequentially into a single envelope. Do not use paper clips or staples. Separate submissions or subsequent late submissions will not be accepted.

(三) 收件截止：2025 年 10 月 2日以前繳至 國際與兩岸事務中心 謝逸靜組員 (分機5368)。

 (所有申請文件請依序放入信封，毋需用迴紋針， 禁止以釘書針裝訂且不接受分開寄件或事後補件。)

(III) Application Deadline: The application must be submitted to Queena Hsieh (Extension 5368) at the Center for International and Cross-strait Affairs by October 2, 2025. (Important Note on Submission: All application documents must be placed sequentially into a single envelope. Do not use paper clips or staples. Separate submissions or subsequent late submissions will not be accepted.)

(四) 得獎學生可獲得獎狀乙紙及新台幣五萬元之獎助學金（分上下兩學期頒發，每次頒發新台幣二萬五千元整），並須親自蒞臨台北天母扶輪社例會領取並報告其學習概況，不能出席者視同放棄得獎資格。10/13截件後，會先進行書面審查，通過初選的申請人會安排面談，預計在11月中旬前確定受獎名單，屆時會在本社官網首頁公佈結果。

(IV) Scholarship Award Details: Selected recipients will receive a certificate and a total scholarship of NT$50,000 (New Taiwan Dollars Fifty Thousand). The scholarship will be disbursed in two installments, NT$25,000 each semester. Recipients are required to attend a regular meeting of the Rotary Club of Taipei Tienmu to receive their award and present a report on their academic progress personally. Failure to attend will be considered a forfeiture of the scholarship eligibility. After the application deadline on October 13, a document review will be conducted first. Applicants who pass the preliminary review will be invited for an interview. The final list of awardees is expected to be confirmed by mid-November, and the results will be announced on the club’s official website homepage.
