一、公告依據：
依據「東吳大學優秀外國學生、僑生及港澳生獎學金實施辦法」公告申請相關事宜。
二、宗旨：
本校為獎勵學業成績優良之外國學生、僑生及港澳生等在學生，特訂定「東吳大學優秀外國學生、僑生及港澳生獎學金實施辦法」（以下簡稱本辦法）。
三、申請資格：
- 就讀本校一學期以上，具有正式學籍之外國學生、僑生及港澳生，且申請當學期為在學學生者。
- 大學部：前學期至少修習九（含）學分且學業成績總平均70分以上、操行成績80分以上者。修業年限為八個學期內者可申請，延畢者不得申請。
- 碩、博士班：前學期至少修習一科且學業成績總平均80分以上、操行成績80分以上者。修業年限為四個學期內者可申請。
- 未領有教育部臺灣獎學金、外交部臺灣獎學金、或東吳大學頂尖與傑出僑生聯名獎學金者。
四、申請繳交文件：
申請者應於公告申請期限內完成線上申請，並上傳下列資料：
- 學生證正反面（加蓋本校在學證明章）
- 居留證正面
- 前一學期學業成績單（含操行成績）
五、審核方式：
獎勵名額及受獎金額依當學年度編列經費，由國際交流委員會依前一學期學業平均分數、操行成績及班排名百分比等擇優核定。
六、申請期限：
符合上述資格者，請於 2025年11月7日（五）下午五點前 完成線上申請與資料上傳。逾期申請或缺件者，恕不受理。

According to the Guidelines for the Soochow University Outstanding International Students, Overseas Chinese Students, and Hong Kong and Macao Students Scholarship (link), please find the application information below:
Eligibility:
- Applicants must have studied at the University for at least one semester and must be officially enrolled as international students, overseas Chinese students, or Hong Kong and Macao students in the current semester.
- Undergraduate Students: Applicants must have completed at least nine credits in the previous semester, with an average academic score of 70 or above and a conduct score of 80 or above. Applications are only open to students who are able to complete their degree within eight semesters; those who have exceeded the prescribed period for graduation are not eligible to apply.
- Master’s and Doctoral Students: Applicants must have completed at least one course in the previous semester, with an average academic score of 80 or above and a conduct score of 80 or above. Applicants must be able to complete their degree within four semesters.
- Applicants who are not receiving the MOE Taiwan Scholarship, the MOFA Taiwan Scholarship, or the Overseas Community Affairs Council (OCAC)-Soochow University Joint Scholarship are eligible to apply.
Required Documents:
Applicants who meet the above criteria should complete the online application form and upload the following documents:
- Copy of Student ID (front and back sides, with current semester enrollment stamp)
- Copy of Alien Resident Certificate (front side).
- Transcript for Previous semester (including conduct grade).
Review Process:
The number of recipients and the amount awarded will depend on the annual budget. The International Exchange Committee will select recipients based on the applicant’s academic average, conduct score, and class ranking from the previous semester.
Application Deadline:
Please complete the online form and upload all required documents by 5:00 p.m., November 7, 2025 (Friday). Late or incomplete applications will not be accepted.
