一、公告依據:

依據「東吳大學外國學生、僑生及港澳生助學金實施辦法」公告申請相關事宜。

二、宗旨:

本校為鼓勵外國學生、僑生及港澳生等在學生努力向學,特訂定「東吳大學外國學生、僑生及港澳生助學金實施辦法」(以下簡稱本辦法)。

三、申請資格:

  • 身分:
  1. 僑生:具本校正式學籍,且依僑生回國就學及輔導辦法來臺就讀本校之僑生。
  2. 港澳學生:具本校正式學籍,且依香港、澳門居民來臺就學辦法來臺就讀本校之港澳學生。
  3. 外國學生:具本校正式學籍,且由外國學生申請入學管道就讀者。
  • 當學期入學無相關成績者,須檢附中文或英文檢定證明及其他申請文件;就讀本校滿一學期者前學期操行成績須達80分以上需在學期間未受記小過(含)以上懲處,且符合下列資格之一者:
  1. 研究所前學期至少修習一科,學業成績平均70分以上。
  2. 大學部前學期應修之最低學分數依本校學則規定,學業成績平均60分以上。
  3. 博士或碩士班撰寫論文期間無學期成績時,得提出論文撰寫計劃,包括研究動機與目的、研究架構與設計、資料蒐集來源、論文大綱、參考書目等,採本類申請者以2次為限
  • 家庭狀況需求殷切者,列入優先考量:
  1. 由學生提供正式海外財力證明或清寒證明。必要時,得由學校逕函請僑務委員會等單位查證。
  2. 綜合考評僑生在臺生活情形(參照教育部清寒助學金審查項目)。

四、申請繳交文件:

申請者應於公告申請期限內完成線上申請,並上傳下列資料:

  1. 學生證正反面(加蓋本校在學證明章)
  2. 居留證正面
  3. 前一學期學業成績單(含操行成績)或 其他佐證文件
  4. 其他有利證明家境經濟狀況之相關文件

五、審核方式:

獎勵名額及受獎金額依當學年度編列經費,由國際交流委員會依前一學期學業平均分數、操行成績及班排名百分比等擇優核定。

六、申請期限:

符合上述資格者,請於 2025117日(五)下午五點前 完成線上申請與資料上傳。逾期申請或缺件者,恕不受理。

Application for “The Grant for International Students, Overseas Chinese Students, and Hong Kong and Macao Students”

According to the Guidelines for the Grant for International Students, Overseas Chinese Students, and Hong Kong and Macao Students, please find the application information below:

Eligibility:

  1. Applicants must have studied at the University for at least one semester and must be officially enrolled as international students, overseas Chinese students, or Hong Kong and Macao students in the current semester.
  2. Undergraduate Students: Applicants must have completed at least nine credits in the previous semester, with an average academic score of 70 or above and a conduct score of 80 or above. Applications are only open to students who are able to complete their degree within eight semesters; those who have exceeded the prescribed period for graduation are not eligible to apply.
  3. Master’s and Doctoral Students: Applicants must have completed at least one course in the previous semester, with an average academic score of 80 or above and a conduct score of 80 or above. Applicants must be able to complete their degree within four semesters.
  4. Applicants who are not receiving the MOE Taiwan Scholarship, the MOFA Taiwan Scholarship, or the Overseas Community Affairs Council (OCAC)-Soochow University Joint Scholarship are eligible to apply.

Required Documents:

Applicants who meet the above criteria should complete the online application form and upload the following documents:

  1. Copy of Student ID (front and back sides, with current semester enrollment stamp)
  2. Copy of Alien Resident Certificate (front side).
  3. Transcript for Previous Semester (including conduct grade) or Other Documents
  4. Financial Condition Documents

Review Process:

The number of recipients and the amount awarded will depend on the annual budget. The International Exchange Committee will select recipients based on the applicant’s academic average, conduct score, and class ranking from the previous semester.

Application Deadline:

Please complete the online form and upload all required documents by 5:00 p.m., November 7, 2025 (Friday). Late or incomplete applications will not be accepted.
