2024-2025 ICAE Volunteer Recruiting !

In order to foster the spirit of volunteer service and internationalize our campus, Office of International and Cross-Strait Academic Exchange at Soochow University has recruited students who are enthusiastic about international service and foreign cultures to the “Soochow University Students’ International Service” (SUSIS) to serve guests and international students.

SUSIS Club offers service including:

• International airport pick-up. Assistance in checking in accommodation.
• Organized students events.
• Assistance in enrollment, courses registration and the other administrative process.
• Aid in application for ARC or Visa extension.
• Help to adjust to the campus life, including transportation, dining map, medical treatment, etc.

113學年度國際與兩岸事務志工熱情招募中！

為發揚學生志工服務精神、推動校園國際化，國際處每年都將甄選具服務熱忱、對文化學習及活動規畫辦理有興趣的同學，組成「國際與兩岸事務志工」，參與外賓及國際學生之接待服務工作。凡是本校各學制在學生，態度主動積極、吃苦耐勞、充滿對國際與兩岸交流服務熱忱，樂於學習及人際互動，具英外語能力者尤佳，那麼你/妳就是我們熱切尋找的伙伴！

• 營造東吳友善校園，拓展國際視野
• 擔任境外生學伴，深入了解異國多元文化
• 優先參加國際處舉辦之各項交流活動

超級任務

• 境外生接待：來台前置聯繫、協助接機、入住、選課生活輔導、交流活動規劃及執行(如歡迎會、國際週、語言交換、校園繞場、特色節慶活動、歡送會)等
• 新聞特派員：交流活動報導撰寫、資料彙整等來訪
• 外賓接待：會議支援、校園導覽等

志工任期

培訓期間：不定期舉辦培訓課程 (實際日期將隨後公布)
工作期程：2024年9月起至2025年6月止

獎懲機制

依分工完成分配之小組工作業務及出席本處相關交流生活動者，每學期將頒發志工證明。

申請流程：請完成線上表單填寫(依申請日期開放)

申請日期：即日起~ 113年4月24日（三）00：00 止。

面試名單公告：113年5月6日（一）

海選面試日期：113年5月21日（二）至5月23日（四），請注意每個面試時段的人數安排有限，故額滿即不再接受選取。面試梯次依113年5月6日（一）公告之面試名單為準。

錄取公告：113年6月上旬

教育訓練日：113年6月21日全日，必到，請務必保留時間！
