依據今(5/19)遠距教學期間第二次防疫會議決議，本校遠距教學確定延長至本學期末，國際事務中心在此調查大家接下來的動向，請每位同學都動動手幫我們填寫表單；有意於近日提早離境或暑假返國的同學，請盡量在「購買機票後」再填單，並請詳閱以下注意事項，及留意學校首頁相關公告，謝謝。
1、 若提早於學期中離境，有關返回其國家或僑居地後遠距教學所需軟體，請務必先與授課教師溝通協調。
2、 應屆畢業生應依相關規定完成離校或離境手續，倘不及辦理領取畢業証書，應依教務處規定委託他人或學系辦理。
3、 非應屆畢業住宿生應依學生住宿中心規定完成行李打包或清空宿舍。
4、 本校各項作為均需符合中央疫情指揮中心及教育部相關規範，請境外生決定返國前須自行評估未來再次入境台灣之可能性；如再次入境台灣後需要進行居家檢疫，將由同學自行負擔居家檢疫相關費用。
5、 請務必確認「居留證」有效期限，如居留證即將到期者，請憑「航班證明」提前至移民署線上辦理居留延期後，再返回其國家或僑居地。
6、 學生務必告知學系及國際處離台班機資訊。

Hello everyone,
According to the meeting of COVID-19 measures held on today (5/19), the distance teaching of our university will be extended to the end of this semester. Please fill out the form we provide below so that we could learn more about your plans for this semester, and be able to keep contact with you when needed. Students who intend to leave the country early or return to the country during the summer vacation, please make sure to fill in the form "after purchasing the ticket", and please read the following precautions carefully and pay attention to the relevant announcements on the official website of SU and from Central Epidemic Command Center. 1. If you leave Taiwan before the semester ends, you must first coordinate with the teacher(s) of the course(s) you take regarding the software requirement or any other issue that may relate to facilitate the distance learning when you are at your home country.
2. Fresh graduates should complete the procedures for deregistration or leaving Taiwan in accordance with related regulations. If you are unable to obtain the graduation certificate before leaving, please entrust others or your department to do so in accordance with the regulations of the Office of Academic Affairs.
3. Non-fresh-graduates who stays at on-campus dormitory should pack their luggage or empty the dormitory in accordance with the regulations of the Student Accommodation Center.
4. All actions of SU must comply with the regulations of the Central Epidemic Command Center and the Ministry of Education. We urge all the overseas Chinese students and international students of SU to evaluate the possible risks of re-entering Taiwan in the future before returning to their home country. If quarantine is required after re-entering Taiwan, the expenses will be borne by the students.
5. Be sure to confirm the validity of your ARC. If your ARC is about to expire, please use the "Proof of Flight Information" to apply for the extension online to the Immigration Department before returning to your home country.
6. Please make sure to inform your department and staff of International Affairs Center of departure flight information once you have it.
