Scholarships

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs provides “Ministry of Foreign Affairs Taiwan Scholarship”: Applicants are residents of countries with diplomatic relations to Taiwan, students from countries without diplomatic relations to Taiwan are also applicable under special consideration; in principle, each overseas representative office of the R.O.C accepts application from every February. Scholarships provided by Ministry of Science and Technology: Applicants are the students from the designated countries of the term/year of a program, the designated countries are adjustable every year under special consideration, applicants are allowed only if the student is taking a M.A, or Ph.D academic degree in Taiwan. In principle, each overseas representative office of the R.O.C accepts application from every February. Scholarship for international students provided by Soochow University and other institutions: “The applications of the scholarship for international students provided MOE” (only accept the applications in Fall Semester, 2015), Soochow University “Scholarship for Foreign Student” held once a semester, provide chances for international students.
