【News】Language Exchange Connect Students at Downtown Campus

On November 20, 2025, the second Language Exchange event of the semester took place in Room 2123 at Soochow University’s Downtown Campus. Exchange students, local students, and volunteers from the Office of International and Cross-Strait Affairs gathered for the activity, which continued the three-round discussion format introduced earlier in the semester. The event once again provided a welcoming setting for students from different backgrounds to interact and share their experiences.

On October 15, 2025, Soochow University's Office of International and Cross-Strait Affairs hosted a lively Language Exchange Event at the Waishuanghsi Campus in Room G101. The event attracted enthusiastic participation from both exchange and local students, creating an energetic atmosphere filled with cultural interaction and linguistic diversity.

Soochow University and Bond University signed a student exchange agreement to promote international academic cooperation.

On April 16, 2024, Soochow University and Bond University in Australia jointly signed a student exchange agreement, with President Chyan-Long Jan of Soochow University and Vice President Ms. Cheryl Jolliffe of Bond University signing on behalf of their respective institutions. This agreement aims to promote international academic cooperation, continuing the tradition of student exchanges between the two universities and providing students with a broader academic platform and developmental opportunities.

SCU’s 2nd AR Arts Festival Features Virtual Museum with Students’ Original Works

Thirty-seven original works, mostly created by Soochow University’s students, have begun to be showcased at SCU’s two campuses, as the school unveiled its second augmented reality (AR) arts festival starting September 25, 2018. And the organizer SCU Tomorrow Hub (T Hub) has connected this year’s event as one of the exhibition sites of Taipei’s street art show “Nuit Blanche Taipei” (白晝之夜).
