Required Documents for Visa Application

1.  Application form Fill in the online visa Application form and print it out
   (Available on the website: https://visawebapp.boca.gov.tw/BOCA_MRVWeb/subroot/MRVWeb0_form.jsp )
2. Two 2-inch photos
3. Original passport with 6 month-term of validity and a photocopy
4. Admission Letter
5. Original Financial Statement and a photocopy
6. Certificate of Physical Examination and a photocopy
7. Official transcript of the highest level school and a photocopy
8. Original highest degree diploma and a photocopy

(Note: These documents of no.5 to 8 should be written in a language other than Chinese or English, the English or Chinese translation of the original documents is required and has to be verified with official stamps by a Taiwanese Representative office overseas.)
