To encourage International students, overseas Chinese students, and students from Hong Kong and Macao to strive for academic excellence, Soochow University has established the “Guidelines for the Grant for International Students, Overseas Chinese Students, and Hong Kong and Macao Students” (hereinafter “the Guidelines”).
