Application Period: December 8-19 16:00 2026, please hand in the Course Withdrawal Application Form to International Affairs Center(A314/2110).

2025年5月5日至16日下午4點為期末退選時間，若需要退選，請最晚於2025年12月19日下午4點前繳交退選清單至國際事務中心A314或2110辦公室。

Reminder:

• Please ask the lecturer(s) to sign on the form.請務必請授課教師簽名
• Maximum of 2 courses. 最多退選2科目
• It will still show on the transcript with “W.” 仍會登錄於成績單，註明”退”
• If you stop attending a course without following the course withdrawal procedure, You will FAIL the course.
