• Applcation dates: December 9-20, 2024 16:00, please hand in the Course Withdrawal Application Form to International Affairs Center (A313/2110).

申請期間：113年12月9日至20日下午4點為期末退選受理時間，若需要退選，請最晚於113年12月20日下午4點前繳交退選清單至外雙溪校區A313或城中校區2110辦公室。

•Please ask the lecturer to sign on the form.務必請授課教師簽名

•Maximum of 2 courses. 最多可退選2科目

•It will still show on the transcript with “W.” 仍會登錄於成績單，註明”退”

•If you stop attending a course without following the course withdrawal procedure, You will FAIL the course. 如未依規定完成退選並停止出席課堂，該科將以不及格列計。
